I think the shoe makes or breaks the outfit.
I believe it's better to be over dressed than under dressed.

Forget the shoes
This is a Ninewest advertisement from a magazine where I chose to ignore the shoes and couldn't help but notice the sequined off-shoulder top and white hot pants! Cute! I have yet to find a similar top... Hhmmm...
